Reservation Policy

  • Make your reservation by completing the booking form, via telephone or by sending an e-mail.
  • By completing and sending the reservation form, you accept all of the reservation policy and the arrival and departure times. Also, you affirm that the information is accurate and truthful.
  • The booking form is for a single apartment. If you want more apartments, please fill out a new form or contact us by phone or email.
  • To secure your reservation a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount via bank transfer is required.
  • When placing the deposit at the bank to secure your reservation, please quote your full name on the bank deposit to allow us to locate your payment, otherwise we will not be apple to confirm your reservation.
  • Confirmation of your reservation will be made via email, so please, provide us with an accurate email address.
  • Our confirmation email will state your name, the amount of deposit and your arrival and departure dates.
  • If you won't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please contact us.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Early check in or late check-out must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Late check-outs with no prior consent will be charged the prevailing rate.
